Customer cate

Been with Nedbank my entire life and this is the worst service I have received. My card was stopped whilst I was abroad and I have been back for almost a month now. I haven't received a new card and nobody can tell me where the hell my card is. This is really poor service and so frustrating cause I can not buy anything because I have NO CARD
