Customer c service complaint

I went to nedbank diepkloof square with my uncle who is 80yrs old and disabled to get a new card we sat there and followed a que they just looked at him like he was a 30 year old he followed the que to the end but when go white poeples branches a screen tells you that pregnant, old people, disabled will be given a priority and there was also an elderly lady she also left there unattended it was a disgraceful situation I'm wondering what type of customer service does nedbank train they staff that will be based6in townships because it's different from the one you experience in suburbs it is really disgusting I hope and pray that they are all swooped to other branches that staff is a just a disgrace to nedbank they are just not the face of nedbank at all thank you
