Current Account Playground with Nedbank

My account has yet again been debited R28218.68 from account *** on Saturday 24 May 2025 regardless of payment arrangement made with Nedbank. This has lead in my account being on -R929.03 and I still have pending debit orders in my account. My household is on completely on stand still no food, no school fees payment etc.

14 May there was a debit for -R59.64, 30 April 2025 -R27, 29 April -R24,93 25 April 2025 -R3880.31 16 April -R95.79 7 April -R111.89 3 March R3100

Looking at my bank statement is giving goosebumps ; I am in disbelief that a well-known financial institute like Nedbank can do that on my account . The pain I have been through is immense.

I need this case to be escalated to a high person in authority and give me a good explanation , why my account is a playground .

I have pending debit order’s which I cannot miss; I am currently working on my financial state, and this has done no justice for me, the constant reversal of wrong debit orders going through my account is causing me headache.

I need my money reversed without incurring any cost , I will not be liable for any extra fees for this reversal. And to be quite honest at this point I need the name of the person who authorized this? Someone loaded this in the system, and I need them to be dealt with.

Today is the 25th the day you were authorized to go on my account and debit R3000 , but someone decided otherwise. I will not wait for 3-7 working days. I need payment asap.What frustrates me is that this happened in Feb and here we are again .
