CSTM Account ***

I live in a complex and Constantia Management used to be our Management Agent. The owner of this management Mr. Quentin Brown stole all our money and has been under investigation/liquidated for years now By EEAB to try to get over 22000 complexes who's monies have been de*****ed from them. I made an error payment to them on the 17 December 2015 as they were still loaded as a beneficiary. i kept them on my list for in case i ever need the proof of payment to them. Now whilst i was about to pay my current levy account i mistakenly paid it to them to the value of R2000. I requested my Bank to request a reversal from Nedbank which they made the request but Nedbank has refused to reverse this amount until Mr Brown give them permission to do so. This account in the first place should have been closed and the funds should have automatically been return but its clear it is not closed and the contact details on their system *** does not even exist.<br> is the bank not obliged to return my funds as there is not contract between myself and Mr Brown? why is the FICA information incorrect on your systems and why is the account not blocked. i want my money back please.
