****** WITH ZERO BANKING ETHICS

I took a personal a personal loan at Nedbank in December 2019. Due to covid I have been struggling financially but I have never missed any payment but the balance is not decreasing. To my surprise I just found out that I have been paying a home loan with 93 month term. They have been charging me more interest on it. I am very disappointed and disgusted by Nedbank they are *****ing from the poor to enrich themselves . Please make sure you rectify this or I will take this matter further.
