I was at the ABSA atm last night wanted to buy pre paid electricity, I went through the process, and at the end the slip printed said 72 and to try later. Now the funds was deducted from my account, but the pre paid voucher was not given. How can Nedbank take money, if the transaction was unsuccessful.? and its not the first time this happened. Is the ****** Nedbank, or ABSA??.. Also, I must say Nedbank service are poor. I was at the branch in Ellisras, asking why my savings account card cannot be used for Netfilx, the consultant said, sorry, you need a cheque account and that will cost too much. Firstly I did not ask you to decide what is affordable to me, and secondly its a useless card then. My previous Absa savings card could do all this. Is it better to return to ABSA then?
