Credit scoring
I had accounts in different places and I paid them and were all settled,my problem is that they still appear on the ITC records and they are affecting my credit scoring...how is that possible??

I received a call from a Nedbank representative informing me that
I will receive an email and I must respond to it and attach proofs of payments but I never received that email and do'nt have the email address to respond to
