Credit score incorrect

How is it that Experian website says my scredit score is 685 but nedback app says 627. Worst part is no manager gets back to you as ask nor can anyone tell me why it's looking like that. I actually pay my stuff and don't miss a payment at all. I'll keep posting on here till this is fixed.
