Credit record rating from Nedbank

I have recently received my personal credit report from several different credit check companies and all of them report that I owe Nedbank money on a credit card I had over 5 years ago. I have never been able to pay a cent back on my Nedbank credit card. I request that Nedbank remove their negative rating from my credit record as I am no longer legally obligated towards the credit card debt. Please remove the negative rating asap.
