Credit my account ASAP.

I was at Nedbank last week wanting to deposit at an ATM. Then the atm was temporarily out of service. I went inside the branch and the guy at the Teller told me that I should go and deposit at the atm as it is cheaper. I told him the machine isn''t working but he insisted. He then went outside to check the machine and it was now fine. I then went to deposit R2400 into my account but the machine broke once again after I put the money inside. It never came into my account. I went back inside and they told me they would lodge an inquiry which would take 72 hours to resolve. It is now 5 days since this incident occurred and I still don't have the money in my account. This is pathetic service from Nedbank Grahamstown. I told the a lady that these were my fees at school and I now can't get my results because of fees outstanding. Can Nedbank please deposit this money into my account ASAP. This is so wrong and ********* from the banks side. Inquiry ref number: 908561
