Credit life ****

Kindly assist, I have a credit life insurance with MFc insurance last week I followed up with them to check if my policy is up to date but I was told I owe few months but to my suprise the policy goes with car insurance and also if am not up to date why are the debiting knowing that if something happens they wont cover me.
