Credit information

I am currently dealing with a lady from shackleton life who mentions that she got my personal information from my bond account with Nedbank.How is it that Nedbank gives my personal credentials to anyone without my permission as these people are harrassing me at my workplace with insurance products and making me uncomfortable at my workplace as we are not allowed to be on personal calls.
