Credit department makes fun of clients(Head office Mbabane Swaziland)

I intended to visit the credit department to sort out my unfulfilled loan payments arrangements, and I made a call to that effect. To my surprise the lady in the credit department who is senior in the department judging from the factor that the other lady said hold on for my supervisor, and it appears they were in an open office, as i overhead her before she took the phone 'who is this, oh its the Mfanzile, she must be a teacher' and the first question she asked me was 'where are you teaching? and there was laughter all over the office. She eventually told me that they will write a letter to seek explanations from me on why i was not paying well my loan although it will be of no use. I got the letter 2 months later and couldnt know what to do as I have been laughed at and told my explanations will be useless. True to that, my account through which my little salary goes through remain frozen for nine months now, I dont know till when and what is the balance because the manager makes fun of clients.
