credit clearence

I write this regarding to the loan that I app**** for at Nedbank on the 9th September 2005 at Bloemfontein. When applying for the loan we were assisted by a sales consultant at one of the branches and upon the approval of the loan, the sales consultant who assisted us transfered the money directly into his personal account.

The matter was investigated and he was found guilty and inprisoned, however this loan still reflects on our accounts and it has affected our credit record. Therefore we request for clearance as the loan still appears on our credit profile.
