Credit checks without consent

Nedbank has done an unauthorized credit check on my name.

I will repeat and state clearly - Nedbank has done a credit check on my name WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

No one at Nedbank can tell me who it was including my private banker.

Nedbank does not comply with the protection of personal information because my information was processed without my knowledge or consent.

Something fishy going on here - do not use Nedbank!!!
