Credit card ***** within Nedbank

Hi on 15/07/2025 I received a call from a Debt Collector saying I have been handed over by Nedbank for non payment on my credit card. however I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD WITH NEDBANK!!, I called Nedbank received direction on what to do regarding logging it as ***** case, affidavit, signature samples and ID copy. I sent all these in July, was assured that the Debt Collectors will be notificed. I followed up with Nedbank, no response, called again and was notified nothing was logged in July the only case was September when they were notified about the ***** activity in September 2024, when I received a Debicheck for a debit order to go off on my account, which I rejected and immediately raised with my bank, I was assured again it was resolved and no money will go off my account. It is very apparent that Nedbank is compromised and has a vulnerability within the organization because someone working there, has my details, authorised a credit card with my details and someone else is spending this. I now have my record, my name flagged on the Credit Bureau as a non payer and i am blacklisted. Nedbank is not assisting me as it has been more than a month now that this has been going on. VM Debt Collectors called me to say I am still owing on the card and I explained the situation and steps I have taken because honestly had it not been for their call I would not have known. I want answers and I want my name cleared from being listed.
