Credit card still refecting on credit bereau

i paid up my Nedbank credit card on the 24 April 2015. they have advised that they will get the account removed off of the credit beraus (Experian, Transunion, XDS,) I checked my reports and its still reflecting 73 DAYS LATER?? I have phoned Nedbank on 16 occasions and i keep getting told the same thing that they will investigate this that they will escalate this and that they will phone me back.. but nobody ever phones back? I even received a call from a consultant that asked me to do a survey on the service i received and i told him all of this and he said he will escalate it and they still didnt get back to me? i am so lost i dont know what else to do i tried everything.
