Credit card safety

R650 was *******ly withdrawn from my Hubby's credit card account via an FNB ATM. The reason I mention this at all is not because he did not get his money back, it is because I now don't trust our credit cards safety anymore. How did someone else withdraw cash from his account while his card was safely tucked in his wallet ? They say his card was cloned and gave some scenarios of when and how its done....eish ! You must cover your pin number whenever you use it. How can I find the culprit who did this.... or better yet ....teach me !
