Credit card process very poor

I'm actually disappointed with the process of applying for a mere credit card at the branch ,I cant believe that for a process that take 24hrs will take more than 240hrs for one to get a response ,this is really pathetic .What is so difficult for you to tell me if I should go to another bank since well you are not interested in my loyalty .

Can I get a response before the end of today if you are still interested in me being your client or move to another bank *** ?
