Credit card payments made but not allocated

I have been making payments into a Nedbank account only to discover it is not my account but it's not linked to anyone.

Making payments for my credit cards for many months. I emailed the branch I went into blue route branch and no one has come back to me. I'm being harrassed for non payment but I refuse to pay until the money which was paid is reflecting.

I sent all proof of payments to Nedbank
