Credit card payment honored but still receiving threatening sms

I made a payment arrangement for my credit card with Nedbank in 2020. I have honoring this arrangement and up the amount that I am paying by R300. Today I receive a sms informing me that the sheriff will start with the process to attached my movable assets. I have already log a complain with the ombudsman and will definitely take this future as defamation of character.
