CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

I have had this card since 2013. Upon filling the forms I did authorise for a debit order to go off on the 29th of every month for the minimum amount due.<br> <br> I have always made sure that this account was paid and up to date. Every month the account was paid (see attached my bank statements as proof of payment)<br> <br> Unfortunately I deleted the month credit card statements but only found the May 2014 copy (see attached).<br> <br> My card was used until end December 2014. Towards early Jan 2015 my card was swallowed at the atm. When I called to notify Nedbank I was transferred to the legal department where I was informed by the consultant that the card has been cancelled.<br> <br> On the 13th of Jan 2015 I received an sms, I did call the number given and I was informed that I did not have a debit order.<br> <br> After numerous calls to the call centre a lady finally assisted me and told me that no payment has been made since May 2014.<br> <br> I have not received any correspondence from Nedbank with regards to any no payments or short payments previously. Proof of payment was e-mailed on the 22/06/2015.<br> <br> I spoke to Nondumiso on the 01/07/2015 she promised to call me back. nothing yet.
