Credit Card not yet closed and unauthorised GB Linkage Fee

Send on behalf of my wife(Relebogile:***). We have called to have my credit card account (limit R6500) to be closed on the 11/04/2020, I then called again on the 14/04/2020 after realizing that the account is not yet closed. This credit card is still reflecting in my internet banking profile. Can someone please tell me what would it take to get my account closed. Furthermore, cancel the GB Linkage fee (R23) that u have now transferred to the remaining approved credit card on 23/04/2020. I'm not using the Greenbacks Reward program and never gave Nedbank permission to include in this credit card. This incurred additional cost of Transfer fee of (R34). If u can't get hold of me, call my husband on *** and he will connect me.
