So i was contacted by Nicolas. he chatted to the lawyers and made me aware that my account was handed over, and a court order was issued. To my knowledge a court order needs to be delivered in person. Yet, there has been no communication from Nedbank in 10 years. From what i understand there are rules at the NCR regading this. 2 more days until i can approach the bank ombudsman.
