Credit card Nedbank Greenbacks

I had a bad experience with Nedbank for the past week. Money was deposited in my credit card account , a sum of R1 500. I withdrew R500,00 and immediately got a notification SMS of R500 balance, I queried this available balance and still struggling to get answers. May I request a preview statement of my account cause the last time I withdew money there was absolutely nothing in my account yet withdrawals amounted to less than R800,00. Kindly assist.
