CREDIT CARD ****MERS!!! Refusing to repay

Nedbank closed my credit card without notification, because I did not know my credit card was closed, I made payment into the credit card, settling the amount owed to them but also overpaying as I would have loved to just keep the extra money in my card! That was the BIGGEST mistake as this transaction happened on the 19th of February, today is the 27th of March and Nedbank still refuses to pay me back MY money!!!

Nedbank keeps hiding behind the fact that they can’t someohow “access” my profile , but they see the transaction! Is our money even safe ??? I am YOUR client but you can’t access my profile? A profile with data that the bank created and is responsible to keep track of??? Is anyone’s data safe with Nedbank or peoples money will just one day disappear and their claim will be that, they can’t “ACCESS” their profiles???

For a bank, I expected better security measures! Better data and profile management! Please pay me back my money!!
