Credit Card Limit

Now i am opting for hello peter because i have exhausted all my options. I dont know how you guys work and i am not really interested, all i know is that when you promise a client a response on a certain time you should deliver. I have app**** for a limit increase on the 12th of April already and was told turn around time is 3 working days, now maybe i cant count but it is way passed that time, i have been calling and for some reason nobody has a solution, all i wanted was for you to provide feedback but No i promise you it takes almost 2 weeks for feedback??? if today there is still no response i give up.
