Credit card ***** using SA VOYAGER CARD

My Ned bank credit card was **********ly used by an Anonymous to book a an airfare by a Turkish Airline . I got a call from a Ned bank only weeks after the transaction stating that my card was overdrawn by a huge amount of R10,000 . I was so shocked I went to the bank immediately complained and the bank took it so lightly that they say they can only investigate after 6 weeks I was shocked , this is too long a time. However I blocked the card and demanded response after 6 weeks still no response and that is why I need to tell the whole world to be careful of credit with SA VOYAGER . I HAVE OTHER CREDIT CARD AND IN THE PAST USED MY FNB CARD AND WOOLTHWORTH CARD WITHOUT ***** WITH SAA WHY NEDBANK .The worst part is the booking was used with my old gold card and this is even more scary because I HAD AN UPGRADE AND I destroyed the card in the bank and throw it away , so how did anyone get hold of my details to be able to use it and pay for a ticket to travel to someplace. I do not know the passenger and obviously not related to the passenger in anyway. And they are so not bothered about it .I have never exceeded by credit limit and this is having a serious impact on my credit rat
