Todate the 30 June 2017, still awaitng a resolution manager to contact me. Hope the motto about Nedbank is realistic. My closer observation after another client response about having suffered a similar ***** means the bank does not have proper systems in place to protect its clients.

The date of my intial post is evident that I am not satisfied with the outcome therefore this matter is on this site, for clients to be weary of the threats at Nedbank. The recommendation that I follow the route of the Ombudsman means that the bank does value their clients, more the reason for clients to move out of Nedbank due to their insecurities.
