Credit card *****

To whom it may concern I'm writing on behalf of a friend of who was the victim of credit card ***** This incident took place on the 8th Feb 2022 and to date it hasn't been resolved An amount of R50,000 was stopped before the victim to access the funds however its been a painful experience of getting the money back to his credit card.. After endless calls emails and follow ups nothing has been resolved. All documents has been sent through timeously including case numbers and affidavits and this hasn't even helped his cause. The worst thing is that he gets transferred from pillar to post and and get a response that they working on his case. It's been a month later and still funds hasn't been paid back in his account. The bank still expects him to pay his monthly bill yet he hasn't used any of the funds Really dissapointing serving from everyone including the branch
