Credit card ***** at Nedbank and you have to pay

I got a credit card from Nedbank on 14 November 2014. The day I collected the card I enquired about online banking and I was told that I can not have internet banking on this account as I do not have a cheque or savings account with them but I had vehicle finance with Nedbank. 2 or 3 months after opening the account I tried paying for something small end it then declined. It was very funny because my limits was R25000.00 and I only used about R5000.00 of it. I went to the bank the next day and they told me that I transfered all the available funds out using online banking by the same lady that told me I can not have online banking. In the bank I told her that there is ***** on this account and she said she will open a ***** case. She never did Now the account is outstanding with R43474.00 and acording to Nedbanks lawyer they issued a judgement and I signed for it. I never received any cal, sms or email from them about the acount being outstanding.
