Credit card finalizing

I decided to move all my accounts to Nedbank for the great service i received when financing my vehicles, but from there on forward it is not that great anymore . app**** for credit card they approved signed all the paperwork and 3 working days later 2 visits to 2 different branches numerous calls to the call center and on the contact app only one response and that is they need to escalate no one phones back as they say will do and no straight up answer as to what is going on. This is me making me feel like i seriously made the wrong decision when decided to move all my accounts to Nedbank
