Credit Card faud allowed by NEDBANK CARD DIV. 44 transactions!! on a stollen card.

We were ****** in our house in Novemeber 2016. My Husband managed to summons the neighbors. The SAP arrived. All 4 mobiles, and the house phone was ******. Whilst still handcuffed, my Husband asked the SAPolice to call his credit card ****** number at Nedbank. My Husband was taken to hospital, upon arrival, died. The doctors manged to resusertate him. He was in ICU for 2 weeks, then hospital for ten days. Then discharged, and nearly two weeks in a wheel chair. Now able to walk, 2017. Mid January, Nedbank card ***** division call him. Asking if he had used his card in December. My Husband explained the situation, they acnowledged he did indeed report his cards ******. But still wanting to know if he used his card, not the Amex one, but the Mastercard. He asked to speak to a senior person, given a telephone Number of Tim. He called, Tim assured my Husband he would be refunded. No reference number given, just a verbal assurance all will be cleared. Numerous calls to the number of Tim, no answer. My Husband checked his card, to find 44 transactions had been alloed and paid by NEDBANK CARD. during December. In January, another phone call as no reversal of the ammounts. Next, my Husband gets an email from the NEDBANK ***** department, my Husband is being investigated. One begs the question, if a card is reported ******, then presented for payment, withiut a PIN being asked, surely the vendor should be notified, ****** CARD....arrest the person presenting the card. Apparently, he has been infoemed, by Nedbank, the investigation could take many months. My husband had to pay the ********** payments, or the interest would be added, and not reversed. Insult to injury, No pun intended. Who are the ********** in this case. Bank, theives, my Husband.......we need another bank. Bu the way, I turn 80 years old this year......one wonders if they think the old are ..............you fill in the dots. A disgrace.
