Credit Card

I have closed my credit card during the start of February 2021. I paid the outstanding amount wish took 2 days before it could reflect on my account. I was charged insurance premium based on what was the balance in January. I then asked why because going forward I am no longer indebted to Nedbank.

I also had this rewards card that had points when I was closing the account. They tried to call me twice and could not get hold of me, They then said i have forfeited my benefit
