Credit card division useless

I have been waiting for them for more than a week just to call me, I am waiting for them to increase my credit limit, and they just do not care.

And each time they try call they do it from a number that is registered as SPAM on True caller.

An actual landline call from you guys woulds actually be highly appreciated.

But this time of year you probably dont care who calls or what they want.

UNACCEPTABLE!
