Credit Card Division the worst division of Nedbank-a nightmare

Nedbank the slowest of the Banks going back many years. Half close a credit card. Take 3 to 5 days to close things up in spite of no outstanding payments or issues. Most restricted to extreme with Experian. No credit card limit increases in spite of 688 credit score. Only route a second credit card and sent duplicate cards in error after first card delivery took more than the 1 week expiry with the first one. No such issues with Standard Bank and FNB after continually declining. Can only say the worst department at Nedbank in the country. Been through 7 banks over the years and a pensioner currently
