Credit card division is a joke

Your Credit card division is an absolute JOKE....

All the paperwork was captured and sent through to your consultant as requested. I have been waiting for two weeks to receive the credit card I app**** for.

I sent an email to Cedric Lenyane yesterday afternoon to enquire what the holdup is. He has just called me to say that he forgot to process thee paperwork and I have to resubmit bank statements and the like.

Absolutely atrocious service, thank goodness this fell through as I most certainly DO NOT want to business with people who forget about a customer.....

Gosh... Not even the: Talk to us page works.. PATHETIC
