Credit Card department NON EXISTING!!!!

App**** for a Credit Card on 31 July Ref FI***. Still no feedbac****! If you phone the provided contact number, they just tell you that they can see on the system that it is approved but 'back office' did not start the process of the application yet. They cant tell you how long it will take!!! How ridiculous!!! Far better off to apply at FNB, at least they provide you with feedback within 24 hours!
