Credit card delivery
To whom it may concern.
I am absolutely angry at nedbank and the service I have received I app**** for a credit card on the 16th of March.
It was than approved on the 30th or the 31st but I have not received it till today I requested for the card to be delivered at work. I called into the nedbank contact center and I was advised it will be delivered on Thursday the 8th of April or Friday the 9th of April till today no one has called me to arrange delivery.
I am absolutely ****ed as I need to use this card for a very important use in my life.
