Credit Card delivered to the wrong adress

I have a credit card with nedbank, I moved to a differebr province, and I informed the bank to deliver my credit card to a new town, they delivered it to the old province even after being told not to, they then told me they can't get the card back and will have to charge me to replace the card and send it to the new adress / province. I am extremely angry, because no one wants to take responsibility for their incompetence.
