credit card delay
I app**** for a credit card and I was assisted swiftly but now it looks like i am going to wait long for my card to be delivered to westgate branch. why should the process take this long . I am in financial need and I need my card to be delivered urgently today. they told me it is with the card distribution and it should be delivered but it is taking long . i cant even transact via the app because my credit card is not linked to my account but on the app it shows that it is active. please can you send my credit card to west gate branch urgently i need to use the money.

Can you please deliver my gold credit card to my branch please I have been waiting.
This is not proper customer service , you have to wait the whole of two weeks to finalize the credit card application and still wait for the card
Noo guys please help.
My card is still with distribution department and they taking time to deliver my credit card.

I was promised that I will get it today , I honestly need to use I am in need of money. this is so wrong I am your customer why should I struggle like this just get my credit card delivered to my branch . no guys slow bad service honestly
