Credit card

I'm honestly not happy with Nedbank and it's credit card division. I have app**** for a credit card and sent my documents then I was told that they didn't receive them and I resent them again. The lady who helped me said it's too late so she will appeal for me. I then got a call from a lady on the 28/12/2020 to say that it got approved and wanted to confirm a few things and then call hung up and she didn't get back to me. I have been doing follow ups and I get told that it's declined because they couldn't confirm my employment. My HR was not available since it's been December holidays and others tell me that it's in progress, I don't know who to believe anymore.
