Credit card

I have just received a credit card statement on my name and on my previous address. According to the statement the card already has the credit limit of R95000 and some charges have started recurring. The problem is that I never app**** for this card, I never signed for it and I don't have it.I only received an SMS which said I should come and collect the card at Phoenix branch, which I ignored because I knew nothing about it. Even the addresses they used is the address that I used 3 years ago. I'm stressed about this and this so unprofessional.
