Credit Card - Concern

I have a concern and an issue. I am not getting help from my own bank with regards to my credit card. I do owe money, however the lockdown caused a huge implication on my payment outcome on all providers.

They are calling me everyday every night but they are not giving me assistance or a leave way barrier of assistance how to pay the installment which I cannot afford at the moment.
