Credit card closure

I have been trying to close my Credit card account since the 24/10/25. Long story short. It is the 06/11/25 and it is still not closed. I had called numerous times and I get told that I should check the next day and the next same story all the time. I had put in a formal complaint on the 5/11/25 and was told I will be called the afternoon NO CALLS! When you go in to the branch they also cannot assist you. In this time I had to make another payment to credit card due to FINANCE FEES being deducted on an account which was paid in full and asked to have been closed which should have been closed already!!!! Nedbank is quick to want to offer personal loans and funeral cover but they keep delaying my credit card acc closure that they are not quick at. Worst bank ever the reason why I changed to another! Unprofessional and each one you talk to clearly cannot do their job, when you ask for feedback someone will call you I have been waiting for that someone to call me. I have asked nicely I have called numerous times I have all the dates and reference numbers and the names of people I have spoken to yet not one of those could perform their job properly! I want this resolved by the end of this day! Seems even their formal complaints department is useless as I received no feedback as Promised!
