Credit Card Closure

<p>On the 30th of September 2016 I phoned credit card nedbank division for a closure amount on my credit card. Then I paid the money cash in at Weskus Mall Vredenburg branch at 10:15 On the deposit slip it says close the account. They assured me when I pay in the cash the credit card will close immediately. Wel after I checked my credit buro status last week to my biggest suprise my Nedbank credit card was never closed. I queried it but no one phoned me back as promised. After a couple of days a Marius contact me to say he waits for credit card division to get back to him why the account never closed. Needless to say problem not solved. Whats wrong with the card division?????? I paid the money in on time and they neglected to close the account now they want me to pay more fees!!!!! No No No</p>
