Credit Card Cancellations

Nedbank has failed me big time, it's been +2 months trying to resolve an issue regarding my credit card, I spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. I hired a car with Woodford car hire and the order was done with my bank to release the security funds back to my account, until today I have not seen the money back. No one is able to assist, I get sent from pillar to post with no resolution. 😞
