credit card blocked

Dear Nedbank

I am very disappointed with the service , I have a credit card and nedbank has blocked it for the second time without being notified, and this is not a first time its happening. I never recieced any call . I did notify nedbank about the purchased that I was going to do in Johannesburg and the guy I spoke to put that info in the system after that nedbank block my card , please call me ********** 677 id ********** 708088 Thank you
