Credit card blocked

A couple of weeks ago I was requested via sms to provide FICA documents.I went to Ballito Junction mall Nedbank,to enquire what docs they needed.A few days later I went into same branch & sorted the FICA out.I was told everything was fine.Two weeks later I tried using the card,but it didn't read.I thoughthe speedPoint machine was offline or so.Yesterday (6/10/17)I took my mom for her hearing aid.I could not purchase the hearing aid as my c/card was not reading.That made me feel so demeaning ,that I could not give back my mom her hearing.It was a very sad & depressing moment for both of us.Anyways this am(7/10) I spoke for 11 minutes to Simangele Sithole who advised me that Nedbank did receive all my FICA docs but there was a hold/block on my c/card.WHY?? Not sure however the department that can assist me only opens at 8 a.m. I must call back then.Thanks NEDBANK.
