Credit Card Approval process taking too long.

How long does Nedbank take to approve a credit card? I was approved since last week Monday the 1st, even now I’m still waiting. Whenever I call they keep telling me that my documents have been sent for verification and I need to wait for an SMS. If I had known that it takes thing long I would have gone with another bank. The consultants can’t even transfer me to the right team or escalate the issue because they’re saying that back office does not take calls. So I’m just kinda sitting here.. Week 2.
